Videos within the video galleries are of rare and scarce species within Greater Manchester only. Inclusion of images/videos within these galleries does not infer any record's acceptance by the County or National Rarities Committees.
Whilst I very warmly welcome potentially suitable images to be sent to me, though unfortunately I cannot always guarantee their inclusion, alternatively images can be added within sightings posts on the Manchester Birding Forum where I can save them and add them here. These galleries are intended for the best images available though and whilst occasionally that may include some more 'record shots' of particular birds (due to circumstances of the bird or observations of it), in the main, images should ideally be of the highest quality. 'GM' within the caption for any species denotes it was taken within Greater Manchester.
