PHOTOGRAPHIC BIRD ART BY DAVID WINNARD

I only got into photography a few years ago, mainly insects, plants, mammals etc. However I do enjoy the challenge with bird photography - all the typical species shots have been done so I try to add another dimension whether it be with colour, texture whatever really. Something about what the bird or birds are doing stands out and it is trying to capture that something to show a bird in its full glory. By no means have really achieved this but I feel like I am getting somewhere. It's all trail and error.
