1987   Audenshaw Resr 9-11th Sep A juvenile. It was found dead on the 12th Sept

1996   Banky Meadow 1st Aug  
1998   Rochdale  27th Oct A juvenile collided with a taxi in Rochdale after gales, it was taken to Watergrove Reservoir where rangers took the bird's ring number and found it had been ringed at Ynys Gwylan Island, Gwynedd near Bardsey Island. It remained at Watergrove Reservoir where it stayed until 7th Nov. It then moved to Hollingworth Lake until 29th Nov then was seen at Pennington Flash on 30th Nov where it departed with Cormorants at dusk but veered away to the west

2008   Elton Reservoir 20-25th August Immature, taken into care on the 25th and released in North Wales
